Our Story
We have lived in Dunedin for over 40 years and our passion is to show others why we call Dunedin "home". We have been married for over 21 years and have 3 grown kids. Searching to find a new endeavor as soon to be empty nesters, we have started to purchase and renovate homes in the area. As owners of a small construction company we have done the renovations and designs ourselves. Finishing these properties had us wanting to share our piece of community to you guys. Striving to give people a local taste of why we think Dunedin is one of the greatest small towns in Florida. We are an all hands on operation from the ground up. We take all reservations, clean all our properties and take pride in what we have created. At 465onMain we are dedicated to providing high quality rentals for you and your family to enjoy. Our goals are simple, show you the best of Dunedin, make you feel like a local and have you leave as a friend.
Dunedin is a small Gulf Coast town that has big city amenities. There is a indescribable sense of comfort, quaintness and charm in Dunedin. Our cottages and house have private on site parking.
465onmain has on street parking and a parking lot 2 doors down, parking is FREE.

While in Dunedin you do not need a car to get around. Dunedin is a walkable town with everything close by.
How far are you from the airports?
Tampa International Airport is 20 miles.
St. Pete- Clearwater International Airport is 12 miles.
How close is The Pinellas Trail?
The Pinellas Trail runs right thru Dunedin, it is no more than 3 blocks from any property.

Dunedin Stadium is a short 10 minute walk from all our properties.
